Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept payments via PayFast, one of South Africa’s most secure and trusted payment gateways. PayFast allows you to pay using Credit/Debit Cards, Instant EFT, SnapScan, or Masterpass, making checkout quick and easy.

All payments are processed securely, so you can shop with confidence.

Where is my refund?

At StampifySA, we do not offer refunds, as all our stamps are custom-made and personalized for each order.

If there’s an issue with your order, such as a defect or incorrect product, please contact us via WhatsApp or email and we’ll work with you to find a solution.

Ordering and delivery

Can I upload my own logo or design?

Absolutely! You can upload your own logo or design when customizing your stamp on our website. Make sure your file is high-quality and clear so we can create the best possible stamp for you.

If you’re sending a request via email, simply attach your design and we’ll handle the rest.

How do I place an order?

You can place your order in two ways:

  1. Online: Simply browse our shop, select your stamp, customize it if needed, and complete your purchase through our secure checkout.

  2. Email Orders (Quotes): If you’d like a custom quote or have a special request, send us an email at Info@stampifysa.co.za  with your requirements, and we’ll get back to you with a quote.

We strive to make the ordering process as easy and convenient as possible!

Can I request a proof of artwork before payment?

Yes! You can request a digital proof of your stamp design before making payment. This ensures that your text, layout, and logo (if applicable) look exactly how you want.

Once you approve the proof, we’ll proceed with production.

Can I come to your shop to order?

We currently operate online only and do not have a physical shop for walk-in orders.

All orders can be placed through our website or via email for custom quotes, and we deliver directly to you.

Do you offer a same day service?

Currently, we do not offer a same-day service. All orders are custom-made, and production typically takes a few days.

We’ll always aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible while maintaining high-quality standards.

When will my order arrive?

Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered nationwide within 2–7 business days.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its progress.

Do you deliver nationwide?

Yes! We deliver nationwide across South Africa, ensuring your stamps reach you safely and efficiently no matter where you are.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs depend on your location and the size of your order. During checkout, the exact shipping fee will be calculated and displayed before you complete your purchase.
